**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret and implement blueprints and schematics for concrete projects.
- Prepare and restore surfaces by performing necessary masonry work.
- Execute concrete forming and installation tasks according to project specifications.
- Utilize power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively during the finishing process.
- Ensure that all concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards, including leveling, smoothing, and texturing.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics related to concrete work.
- Familiarity with masonry techniques and flooring installation processes is highly desirable.
- Proficient in operating power tools and heavy equipment relevant to concrete finishing tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $250.00-$300.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M5M 2P7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Concrete finishing: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
