Journeyman Scaffolder
- 12 hour shift with lots of Overtime
- Multiple projects across Western Canada
- Travel, Accommodations and LOA Provided
- On the job training and mentorship provided
- Projects starting in April 2023

**Job Summary**:
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Journeyman Scaffolder to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently assemble, disassemble, and maintain scaffolding structures in accordance with company guidelines and industry standards.
- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to accurately construct various scaffolding systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding components and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Supervise and mentor apprentices and less experienced team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Load and unload scaffolding materials and equipment on job sites.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Attend and actively participate in all required safety meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

**Requirements**:

- ** H2S Alive, Confined Space, First Aid, Fall arrest, CSO, CSTS,**:

- Valid Journeyman Scaffolder certification.
- Proven experience working in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industries.
- Expertise in various scaffolding systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
