The UBC Faculties of Medicine and Applied Science have partnered to create the UBC School of Biomedical Engineering. The School is a nucleus for education and training, research, and innovation in biomedical engineering, creating new knowledge, new academic and training programs, and fostering translation and innovation. This position provides the rare opportunity to pursue a career focused on excellence in teaching, curriculum design and other aspects of educational leadership in the UBC School of Biomedical Engineering. This position is especially focused on curriculum development, including the creation of new undergraduate and graduate courses in a structured, course-based Master’s program. We are also particularly looking for leadership in the development and implementation of short-duration, competency-based learning opportunities within micro-credentials and certificates.
