This course will be a hyflex class where a portion of students will be participating in person and other students will be participating remotely through zoom.

This course examines the increasing diversity of the work force and the resulting issues faced by organizations such as maintaining fairness and justice, making effective management decisions, allowing flexibility, and managing in a global environment. The course also examines legal frameworks that protect employee and employer rights related to dimensions of diversity.

This course may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not achieved. 30 day notice will be given to the instructor.

The class will be held on
_Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:30 - 18:45._ The course will be delivered on campus with no remote teaching option.
