**JNF Concrete Ltd. is looking for a Backhoe Operator who is ready to grow with us and succeed in the construction industry.**

**Primary Function**:

- To operate a backhoe on our job sites.
- Follow instructions by the supervisor to meet demands.
- Complete other duties as required.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Must be able to work full time (50 + hours a week)
- Must work well with others.
- Operator must have good customer-relation skills and the ability to problem solve under pressure.
- Operator must drive the backhoe in a safe and conscientious manner.
- Operator will be responsible for performing safety checks.
- Keep unit clean & greased.

**Salary**:

- Competitive industry Wage; will be discussed in person.
