Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced psychotherapist, Independent Contractor, to join in a part-time remote role. The Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing psychotherapy to clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities. Training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing would be an asset.
**Responsibilities**:
- providing consultations
- assessments
- developing treatment plans
- conducting psychotherapeutic interventions
- maintaining client records in accordance with CRPO standards
- providing supporting documentation
- working collaboratively in a strong team environment
- coordinate care with other professionals
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field
- Participate in staff meetings
- Provide crisis intervention as required
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field, or equivelant
- Membership in relevant regulatory body
- Specialization or experience in working with professionals, couples, famillies
- Training in EFT, IFS, SE, Trauma is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
