Banquet Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the banquet staff and coordinate their activities along side the Catering Sales and Events Manager
- Ensure that all banquet services from setup and event pulls, polishing to service, clearing etc. are performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Suggest, develop and implement banquet policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all food and beverage contracts are executed correctly.
- Ensure cleanliness of Banquet/Service Areas, Equipment etc.
- Supervise and setup of banquet rooms, tables, chairs, etc.
- Liase with the Sales team, Chefs and Banquet staff to Ensure all is ready for events
- Deliveries and Pickups of Rentals, Food and Other Items as Required
- Polishing Glassware, Dishware, Cutlery as Required
- Stand, Sit or Walk for Extended Periods of Time
- Move, Life, Carry, Push, Pull etc up to 50+lbs
- Bartender Duties as Required
- Serving Duties as Required
- Any additional tasks as requested
- Reports to General Manager

**Requirements**:

- Must be 25 years of age or older (to be able to drive Company Vehicles)
- Possess a Class G drivers license with Own Transportation
- Smart Serve Certified
- Minimum 2 years as a Banquet Supervisor in Catering and/or Banquets
- Flexible Schedule is a Must. (Event Shifts can be any time of the day and go into the late hours of the night/morning)
- Food Handlers Certification

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
