Key Responsibilities:

- Execute precise and efficient ICF foundations, framing, and exterior finishing tasks.
- Mentor and guide apprentice carpenters to ensure their growth and development.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project deadlines and objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship in every task.

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Carpenter certification.
- Experience in residential construction, particularly in ICF foundations, framing, and exterior finishing.
- Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, conscientious, and respectful attitude towards colleagues and clients.

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
