We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and experience in construction estimating.

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to create detailed estimates
- Evaluate labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project expenses
- Prepare and present cost proposals to clients
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and make adjustments as needed

- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Salary**: $5,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
