As our Care Manager/Designer you will lead our Caregiving team treating them with respect, honesty and heart. You will assure that our caregiving team are doing what it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families. You will hire and manage the training environment and staff utilization of learning opportunities.

As our Care Manager/Designer you are responsible for the day to day operations related to driving business results through client experience and caregiver management. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit is a quality we are looking for.

Your duties will include: conducting Caring Consults, assessing clients with respect to physical, emotional and environmental needs and advises on Client care. You drive business interest by engaging in relationships with community leaders and professional organizations to establish long term relationships that will translate into word of mouth and professional referrals. You will develop, promote and ensure high quality, innovative customer service.

Please note - the role of performing nursing duties is the minor part of this position. It is more geared to highlight your leadership/management skills.

You will work from home about 75-80% of the time.

**Requirements**:
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Strong computer skills, planning/time management and multi-tasking skills.

Current (within 2 years) Criminal Record Check.

Negative TB test and proof of Covid-19 vaccinations.

**Qualifications**:

- LPN/RPN license
- Experience in patient care, medication administration, and medical terminology
- Ability to provide care in various settings including nursing homes, hospitals, and homes
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Experience in dementia care, pediatrics, and senior care
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
