**Service Contract Manager**:

ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected. Its intelligent products and solutions make power more competitive by improving the energy efficiency, productivity and reliability of almost any operation. The role report to the Manager, Power Protection. Ensuring all contract and service activ-ities are executed in accordance with the business directives and instructions including company procedures and contract management framework. Coordinate service work done at site and ensured it complies with ABB’s and customer standards, procedures, and policies. Single point of contact for the customer for service job.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure that service agreement commitments are in line with customer expectations
- Leads and delivers responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations / ex-perience.
- Pushes for timely and accurate execution of all services covered under the contract, by keeping track of and following up on KPIs and services provided to the customers
- Ensures that sense of urgency and care considered in fulfilling all the contract commit-ments
- While on-site, work with the customer to identify opportunities for improving the custom-ers operations and eliminating pain points
- Prepares and executes regular performance reviews for and with the customer
- Collaborates with others to ensure FSE resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery
- Support and prepare tendering and select the requirements to meet customer expectation, in accordance with the operational capabilities of the service unit
- Develops contract strategy based on ABB’s policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy
- Ensures compliance with group and customer health, safety and environmental directives and that regulations are implemented in own area of responsibility
- Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing service contracts
- Project Management certification is an asset
- Fluent in both language French and English
- This position requires 20% travel with the majority being withing Canada.
- Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information
- Advanced customer focus
