Mortage Broker

We are a fast paced Mortgage Brokerage backed by the largest Mortgage Network across Canada. Our success has been based upon our leadership, integrity, innovation and service. We are seeking a Licensed Sub-Mortgage Broker with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team in the role of a Managing Broker.

**Job Type**: Full-time (9:30am-5:30p/ Monday - Friday)

**Remuneration**: $40,000 - $55,000

- Active Sub-Mortgage Broker License (2 years experience)
- Experience with deal submission & Filogix Expert
- Underwriting and Lending Experience an asset.
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional, positive and courteous in all interactions, with customers and co-workers
- Ability to prioritize the needs of the brokerage
- Performs well in a busy operation and remains calm under pressure
- Team player adaptable to a changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Personable and energetic
- Understanding of the Mortgage Origination business

Required experience:
Mortgage Broker: 2 years

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
