**What you will do**

As the Client Investment Associate (CIA) you will be providing full clerical and investment administrative support to Aspire Wealth Group (AWG) clients and advisors. More specifically, the CIA will be accountable for a wide range of office management and operational support services including owning all the company’s investments, providing sales support, client service and general administrative duties. Working in collaboration with the Client Care Associate, you will be part of a team responsible for providing a full cycle awesome client experience from onboarding new clients to maintaining existing ones.

The position is in an office setting at the Aspire Wealth Group office location.

**What you need to succeed**

We are looking for a client service-oriented person who is a strong team player and actively participates in achieving team goals and who can plan and organize work, anticipate and adapt to different clients’ needs, ask for clarification when required and react quickly to change. This means that you will be:

- Ensuring client files are complete and in full compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Preparing reports, research and materials for the coaches and advisors in advance of client meetings
- Generating quotes and interpreting external information to be brought to the attention of the coaches and advisors
- Reviewing and preparing financial (deposits, switches, transfers, redemptions, etc.) and non-financial (change of beneficiary, banking, address, name, etc.) change requests documentation
- Managing client service cycles (generating monthly CRM reports to be reviewed and actioned by the advisor)
- Building relationships with carrier contacts to ensure all transactions are processed in a timely fashion
- Reviewing current client files and identify new opportunities in existing files with the advisors
- Maintaining client files and CRM and other databases
- Coordinating administrative projects
- Working in close collaboration with the Client Care Associate to ensure the client experience maintains the organization standards.

**Your education and experience**
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience providing administrative and investment support services
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to write clear and grammatically correct short documents, and can convey straightforward messages with tact

Assets Include:

- Licensed or ability to be licensed (life insurance and mutual funds)
- Experience with Maximizer (CRM)
- Background in the financial services industry
- Project Management Professional certification
