**Pre-press, Design & Graphics Production Specialist**

Display Dynamics is a full-service display company specializing in the design, fabrication and installation of trade show exhibits, retail & custom displays, signage, and large-format graphics. Due to our increasing in-house graphics and production capabilities, we are looking to add a hard working, dedicated individual to join our skilled energetic team.

**Must Haves**:

- Post-secondary training or equivalent experience in the print industry is a must.
- Experience in a print/graphics production role or sign shop & operating an HP latex printer would be a HUGE bonus.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Onyx Production House & RIP Queue a plus
- Knowledge or experience with CAD and/or 3D modeling software not a must but a considerable plus.
- A keen eye for detail when it comes to pre-flighting and proofing supplied artwork as well as preparing large-format files for print.
- Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as well as multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. Solid work ethic, reliable and available to work overtime a must during rush periods.
- Comfortable and willing to learn the operation of large-format digital printers and lamination equipment.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently and accurately pre-flighting client supplied artwork. Strong communication skills are critical as you will be directly interacting with customers to proof artwork for approvals prior to printing.
- Printing and laminating large-format display graphics & trimming, finishing and installing them into a variety of cool display systems. No experience here? That's okay If you are willing to learn and have a positive & helpful attitude, we are willing to expand your skillset. Keep in mind that this will not be your primary role, but we all take part in printing & production as needed. Plus, it's pretty cool to be part of the whole process and see your designs come to life

Further Duties Include, but are not limited to:

- Laminating, trimming and finishing large-format graphics
- Mounting/installing graphics to various substrates & surfaces
- Preparation, verification and repair of new, used, and rental portable display systems and trade show exhibits
- Assisting in the fabrication of custom exhibits, displays and signage
- Installation & dismantle of exhibits & displays at trade show sites (some travel required)
- Customer and supplier product pick-ups & deliveries
- Shipping, receiving, and verification of incoming & outgoing orders
- Maintaining tidy work and warehousing areas

Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
