We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team as the very important link between the customer and the technician.

Exceptional people skills and a positive attitude are a priority.

Duties include working on the front counter, answering phones, booking appointments, scheduling work, building and presenting estimates/invoices and more.

Qualifications: Strong multi-tasking abilities. Trustworthy, motivated and energetic. Great communication and customer service skills. Excellent computer skills.

High school diploma and/or post-secondary diploma. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Previous automotive experience is preferred. We offer a competitive compensation package (with benefits) in a friendly environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Exeter, ON N0M 1S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN ABSTRACT (preferred)
