Responsibilities:

- Analyze shipping and receiving needs to determine appropriate transportation methods
- Utilize transportation management systems to coordinate and track shipments
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into relevant systems
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or delays in transportation

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and typing skills
- transportation management systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze information and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is beneficial

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$58,456.00 per year
