**Clever Cubs Preschool Academy is an early childhood center offering a unique full day preschool program. We are committed to providing a safe, caring and inclusive environment for preschool age children. We focus on promoting each child’s intellectual, social, emotional and physical development.**
- Experience working in an early childhood setting - preferably with preschool age children
- Teaching experience in a classroom setting
- Strong, proven classroom management skills
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and lesson design, teaching and instruction
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create strong relationships
- Desire to work in a collaborative teaching environment
- Respect and understanding of diversity and inclusivity
- Excellent references
- Familiarity with Jolly phonics or willingness to be trained
- Familiarity with Handwriting without Tears or willingness to be trained
- Familiarity with the FLIGHT framework for early childhood or a willingness to be trained
- A Commitment to lifelong learning
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Conditions of Employment, upon hiring:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
