Pricing and Costing Coordinator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the national exception report analysis including margin variation, pricing and temporary item analysis, generates spreadsheets and/or reports, communicates information and distributes spreadsheets/reports as required/requested
- Responsible to investigate, verify and approve inventory and cost adjustments for all Regions as requested/required
- Responsible for the review and verification of product replacement costs to ensure all prices remain current with supplier lists, discounts and net prices, make adjustments between old and current price sheets, communicate changes as required/requested
- Act as backup to Digital Platform Coordinator for creations of entries in PIM and Website maintenance
- Responsible for the creation of new price sheets for new products and/or product lines and distribution as required/requested
- Responsible to maintain the selling prices as current. Upon receipt of pricing or costing changes to input changes and update files; to communicate and distribute changes as required/requested.
- Responsible for the review, updating and maintenance of the customer pricing structure (including price adjustments, discounts, credit notes and net prices), completes spreadsheets and/or reports, prints and distributes as required/requested
- Responsible to input discounts into newly opened accounts
- Responsible to conduct purchasing analysis utilizing a cost comparison between Regional costing versus National costing (vendors, sales to inventory, etc), and product line analysis/comparison, produces reports and distributes as required/requested
- Assists in monitoring of inventory levels, completes spreadsheets and generates weekly reports based on current inventory levels at the regional and national levels, distributes spreadsheets and reports as required/requested
- Generate inquiries, reports and queries as required/requested
- Assists with special projects/assignments as required/requested
- Participate in the Company Health and Safety Program, to undertake training as required/requested, to ensure adherence to all Health and Safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 2 years’ in a sales/customer service/inventory control environment, knowledge of pricing, costing and inventory management
- A combination of education and experience
- College Diploma in a related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal and negotiations/problem solving skills
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Ability to grasp and communicate the technical aspects of the company’s products
- Self-starter, well organized with ability to multi-task and execute a plan of action
- Must be able to self-manage and prioritize goals with mínimal supervision
