**As our new AVP of Clinical Services, you will**:
Support and embrace our relationship-centred social culture and be proud to support your team of Clinical Specialists to deliver the highest quality of clinical care to our residents. The AVP of Clinical Services will provide strategic leadership, proactive planning, and guidance for efficient and effective delivery of clinical programs and services at Schlegel Villages

Our AVP of Clinical Services will be an outstanding relationship builder who fosters deep connections by demonstrating a serving leadership philosophy with all members of our village community. They are clinical experts who have a deep understanding of senior living and village life. They leverage their unique strengths, skills and knowledge to deliver our mission to provide holistic health care in a home environment, located within an internal neighbourhood design that promotes a caring community, with emphasis on optimal health and life purpose for each Resident.

To be successful as our new AVP of Clinical Services, you will:

- Hold a current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Hold current Heart Save Level of CPR
- Current AIS certification
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation and regulations applicable to the long-term care and retirement sector, including the Fixing Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2021 and the Retirement Homes Act, 2010
- Experience in Geriatric nursing
- Experience leading and directing healthcare professionals as a member of the College of Nurses

- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
