**Overview**:
We are looking for an independent skilled Hair Stylist to join our team, ready to be self employed within Symphony. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing professional hair care services to your clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and recommending hair care products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Front desk duties such as booking appointments and handling retail sales.
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area following health and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon experience for clients.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in hair styling with expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling salon services/products is a plus.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices for maintaining a clean salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Pay: $40.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
