**You as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator will**:

- In collaboration with our Corporate Marketing Group, oversee the execution of social marketing campaigns for Projects and Group’s needs; including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
- Responsible for the updating of ongoing communications, flatscreens, posters, and eblasts
- Assist with the coordination of project launch events, meetings, broker seminars, holiday events (requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required)
- Coordinate with publications, media outlets on press release and media buys. Including sponsorship and branding opportunities
- Liaise with marketing agencies, printers, videographers, and professional photographers, etc. as necessary
- Prepare marketing brochures & investor reports for EllisDon Developments
- Track and monitor the marketing budget and spend on project and growth KPIs weekly
- Implement, analyze, and track traditional and digital engagements
- Track incentive packages, promotions, sales grids and assist with reporting and distribution
- Continually monitor changes to and trends developing in the real estate market to help identify opportunities for increasing brand visibility and leveraging opportunities
- Oversee Sales Centre operations including maintaining supplies, noting deficiencies, ensuring marketing material is up to date and accurate
- Assist with purchaser communications and notices
- Conduct review of marketing material including branding and marketing collateral

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have experience in social media marketing campaigns, event planning, and tracking digital engagements
- You are digitally savvy, including active and professional customer-facing user of social media or instant messaging programs
- You have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign)
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time-management skills
- You are self-motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a strong desire to learn
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment
