Customer Service/delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Customer Service and Delivery Driver** to join our team. As a Customer Service and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and products to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization as you will be the face of our company to our customers. **Duties**:
- Drive company vehicle to deliver products to customers along specified delivery routes in a safe and efficient manner.
- Handle all orders with care to ensure goods are received in good condition without damage or defect.
- Provide exceptional customer service while making deliveries, communicate feedback and concerns to warehouse and sales teams.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or documentation
- Load and unload delivery trucks, both by hand or forklift/other lift assist equipment.
- Perform regular safety checks on vehicle, and complete driver log book as required by provincial legislation.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Follow all traffic and driving laws at all times - safety first
- Store support, Service customer, tinting paint products, receiving orders, shipments, maintenance, special projects, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years previous experience driving vehicles for delivery/commercial purposes.
- A safe driving record for at least 3 years (recent driver’s abstract or a commercial driver’s abstract dated within the last 30 days may be required)
- The physical ability to lift products weighing up to 50 lb
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for a full work day. Ability to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, kneel, and lift.
- Professional appearance and ability to communicate and interact with individuals from all backgrounds.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadline. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Basic automotive repair skills are a plus
- Learn the business on the front lines serving customers and building relationships with our clients
- Flexible to work all scheduled hours, your work hours will be based on business needs (including weekends)
- Exceptional listening skills and able to empathize customer's needs
- Tint, mix and colour match paint by following correct formulas
- Assist with merchandising and setting up displays for promotions
- Able to operate basic software including Point of Sales, Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheet, etc.
- Responsible for store's cleanliness, organization and ensuring merchandise is well stocked
- Responsible to process incoming, outgoing and online paint orders efficiently
- Actively taking on more responsibilities, initiatives and self driven to grow

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
