Key responsibilities of a LEGO instructor typically include:
Instruction and Facilitation: Planning and leading LEGO-based workshops, classes, or activities, ensuring participants engage in meaningful and educational play.
Curriculum Development: Designing lesson plans and activities that align with educational goals, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity.
Material Preparation: Organizing the necessary LEGO sets and accessories to facilitate the planned activities.
Demonstration: Demonstrating building techniques, sharing tips, and showcasing creative possibilities with LEGO bricks.
Guidance: Assisting participants in building projects, answering questions, and providing guidance to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Skill Enhancement: Encouraging participants to develop fine motor skills, spatial awareness, logical thinking, and creativity through LEGO-based activities.
Adaptation: Adapting activities to suit the age, skill level, and interests of participants, ensuring that the learning experience is engaging and valuable.
Safety: Ensuring that participants handle LEGO pieces safely and follow any guidelines related to the use of materials.
Feedback and Evaluation: Providing constructive feedback to participants on their creations, fostering a sense of accomplishment and improvement.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2 per week
**Salary**: $40.00-$70.00 per hour

**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
