**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Overall responsibility**

Assist the Maintenance Department with ensuring all related tasks are completed.

**Key areas of responsibility**
- Take care of purchase and inventory for the maintenance department.
- Keep spare parts and equipment centralized
- Picking up purchased orders
- Complete general maintenance duties as directed.
- Assist with reviewing maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Complete other miscellaneous duties as assigned by applicable Manager (s).
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all projects, property and intellectual property of the company.
- Report all discrepancies and breaches of any and all company procedures, protocols and integrity.
- Follow all Food Safety, Quality Management System and Health and Safety requirements.
- Obey all general job training instructions, safe work practices and procedures.
**SPECIFIC SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS**:

- Forklift License
- High School Diploma/Certificate
- 2 - 5 year relevant experience
- Experience with the operation of farm/construction equipment
- Leadership skills, ability to be objective
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Flexible, Reliable
