The TB&V Product Quality Manager Owns andHandles all Quality and Manufacturing requirements of Turbine Blades and Vanesfor Small and Aeroderivative Gas Turbines.

**How You’ll Make anImpact**
- Lead a team of SupplierQuality and Manufacturing Engineers to perform supplier qualifications, productand process qualification & supplier development to provide a global,demand covering, quality assured and cost-effective supply base within theTurbine Blades and Vanes Commodity.
- Introduce, maintain, andimprove the Supplier Quality Management Systems, implement, and track measuresand activities to ensure the requested quality of components and the suppliedservices.
- Interact with CustomerFacing Businesses to investigate potential Product Non Conformance, Accountablefor Root Cause investigations and Corrective Actions through Problem ResolutionProcess.
- Collaborate withStrategic Heads and Local Heads of sites to deliver on Turbine Blades and VanesBusiness Requirements, Strategic & R&D programs.
- Accountable to auditexisting and potential suppliers to settle capability of manufacturing andensure quality systems are in place. Develop supplier capability to meetcurrent and future requirements.
- Ensures businesssuccess and satisfaction of the customer ensuring professional stakeholdermanagement
- Act as an Entrepreneurby being proactive in finding opportunities or hurdles, and ensuring timelydecisions on open issues, raising them if necessary
- Balances the projectscope through Change Request Management
- Coaches, leads andmotivates the team, even when faced with unexpected challenges
- Identifies, recognizes,and congratulates strong performances by the team, while taking action uponseeing areas for improvement.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor Degree inEngineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial) with a proven of 15 years’experience. Member of the OIQ (or having fulfilled requirements to Join theOrder) or member of Equivalent Professional Order
- Advanced Knowledge ofDevelopment and Production Quality Assurance of Aerospace or Industrial GasTurbine Products. Detailed Understanding of Product and Process Approvals,PPAP, PPQ, FAI
- Advanced understandingexperience with Quality Management Systems, QMS & EHS (ISO and OHSAS or Equivalent)
- Advanced problem solvingand development Methods and a Risk Evaluation Tools: PFMEA, FMEA, Six Sigma,LEAN,
- 5 years’ experiencemanaging a team of Engineers.
