**Responsibilities**:

- Produce high-quality video content that reflects the personality of our brand and the simplicity of our trade.
- Edit videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring they are engaging and shareable.
- Utilize your photography skills to capture stunning images of our work and company culture.
- Create content for various purposes, including social media posts, franchise development, training videos, and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute video projects.
- Handle drone operations (nice to have) to capture aerial footage (drone provided).

**Requirements**:

- Self Started, can work independently and an excellent communicator.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong video editing skills and experience with editing software.
- Excellent videography and photography skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Drone operator experience is a plus (drone will be provided).
