Kustermans Camp Counsellor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and engage with children in a camp setting
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and games
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development
- Collaborate with other camp staff to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Assist with daily tasks such as mealtime, clean-up, and transitions between activities

**Experience**:

- Experience working with children in a camp, school, or recreational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Expected hours: 40 per week
