**Dance Instructor - Stagecoach Truro**

With over 46,000 students enrolled in our weekly classes our goal is to inspire our students through the performing arts by teaching Creative Courage For Life®.

We are seeking a qualified **Dance Instructor for**

**Saturdays (10 am - 1 pm) - Truro**

with additional opportunities for Camps throughout the year.

The ideal applicants should have a strong training, teaching and performance background in dance (jazz/musical theatre preferred). Applicants should also be passionate, positive, committed, creative, have good classroom control, and experience working with groups of children ages 4-16 yrs. A vulnerable sector police check will be required for all hired teachers.

The job would include preparing and teaching compelling, quality dance classes and generating material for term performances and productions. Applicants must be able to put together a musical performance, along with the dance and voice teachers, work with a theme, and introduce students to new skills within dance and the performing arts within current Covid guidelines.

Applicants will need to undergo a Police Vulnerable Sector Check and commit to our Child Protection policy.

Part-time hours: 3 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
