Okaganan born, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative work environment where passion meets purpose.**Position Overview**: We are in search of a dynamic, hardworking, Brewery Cellarman to join our production team. As a Brewery Cellarman at BNA Brewing, you will assist in maintaining the efficiency of our brewing operations, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting the Brewmaster at various steps of the brewing process. This role offers an opportunity for individuals with a strong commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, and a fervent passion for the craft beer industry to grow and thrive in an engaging and ever-expanding work environment.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily cellar operations, including cleaning and sanitation of tanks, kegs, and equipment according to Brewmaster instructions and standards
- Aid in fermentation management, diligently monitoring and documenting fermentation parameters such as temperature, gravity readings, and yeast vitality.
- Assist in the transfer, carbonation, and packaging of beer, including kegging, canning, and bottling procedures.
- Maintain precise inventory records of raw materials, finished beer, and packaging supplies to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Contribute to quality control protocols, actively participating in sensory evaluations and troubleshooting to maintain product excellence.
- Collaborate closely with brewing and packaging teams to adhere to production schedules and uphold stringent quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and uphold a meticulously organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess formal brewing education or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of brewing principles and cellar operations
- 2 years experience
- Previous experience working in a brewery or beverage production setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and proficiency in operating and troubleshooting brewery equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Good physical condition, required to regularly lift up to 25kg.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
- Must have reliable transportation and the flexibility to commute to multiple locations as needed.
