Brampton, Canada Kids Development Daycare Full time

**_Duties and expectations include but not limited to:_**
- Extensive knowledge of and maintains the standards set out by the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 (CCEYA)
- Practicing HDLH model
- Ensures that policies and procedures established by the centre are followed
- Provides support to team members in developing highest quality curriculum
- ensures an open door policy environment is maintained at all times
- provides daily communication with parents and families
- confidentiality is maintained at all times in regard to the families and staff

**_Health and Safety_**
- Ensures the health, welfare and safety of the children
- Retains the ability to document all accidents, injuries and illness, follows medication and first aid procedures and maintains and updates health records for children and staff

Required education:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education

**Required license or certification or experience**:

- RECE certification number in good standing
- Valid First Aid and CPR-C certificate
- Updated Police Vulnerable Sector Check

**Experience**:

- RECE in a licensed childcare: 1 year-school placement exp is fine.

**Education**:

- Diploma in ECE at reputable college

**Language**:

- Excellent English required both oral and written
- speaking articulate English is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
