**The bigger picture**
We’re looking for a tech-savvy individual with a knack for proficiently managing projects, budgets, and events, to join our team for a 3-year term. This individual will be joining us as our Marketing Coordinator at our 2375 College Avenue, Regina location, requiring a combination of analytical thinking, organizational skills, and creative flair to effectively execute and coordinate marketing efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of Conexus marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring, engaging, retaining, and referring members.

**How you’ll be spending your time**
**Marketing Project Coordination**:

- Assisting in the execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives and campaigns across owned, paid, and earned media channels.
- Developing and managing project timelines.
- Managing print production estimating, production management, and distribution.
- Managing e-store inventory.

**Event and Sponsorship**:

- Supporting the coordination of logístical details such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setups, tear down, resourcing, transportation, and accommodations.
- Attending events as a representative of Conexus.
- Supporting production and management of event and sponsorship materials and assets
- Collaborating with content creators to ensure the timely production, schedule, and distribution of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and graphics

**Administrative Support**
- Managing administrative tasks to support the marketing team
- Supporting team resourcing, communication, and workflow, management of MRM system and reporting
- Proofreading to ensure campaign documentation and verbiage is clear, concise, consistent, and error-free

**The experience you bring**
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or a relevant combination of experience and post-secondary education.
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing coordination and project management.
- Experience in marketing coordination and project management.

**Salary Range**:
$51,200 - $64,000 with 7% Short Term Incentive Target
