Bruce Nissan is looking for a motivated **Parts Manager** By joining the team at Nissan, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement, inventory management and distribution of parts for our operations. Not to mention, you will be joining a profitable department in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Kentville, NS

The Opportunity:
As an essential member of the management team, you will be responsible for the overall department performance and activities. You will lead, coach, train and manage the parts team to be their very best. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every customer (internal and external) has a great experience while visiting the department. You will be responsible for inventory control and inspecting orders for proper completion and pricing accuracy. You will be responsible for setting department sales goals and targets to ensure profitability. You will also seek and solicit new business while maintaining the current business relationships.

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years of relevant parts management experience
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Strong working knowledge of computer operation and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
