Junior Dispatcher

Trade-Mark Industrial Inc. is an industrial, commercial and institutional multi-trade contractor specializing in millwrighting, rigging, electrical, piping, fabrication, structural, sheet metal & HVAC installations and repairs. We are a 24/7 company with a demanding customer base.

We are currently looking to hire a Junior Dispatcher & Office Assistant in our M&R Division for a full time salary position.

**Duties**:

- Assisting Sr Dispatcher in placement of field workers.
- Tracking all safety certificates of field workers.
- Working with other Project Managers so insure the satisfactory of their customers.
- On-call Daily/Nightly for ongoing changes in customers schedules.**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 1-year dispatch experience (preferred)
- Positive attitude with good people skills.
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- Good time management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.

- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (Some Evenings and Weekends)
