**_ What you’ll be doing:_**

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable practical and professional experience in our IT department as an IT Help Desk Technician. This role reports to the VP Operations. This position will help support the IT team with various projects and tasks, including the following:

- Coordinate new users access needs and new user computer set up & coordination.
- Complete and maintain an inventory process to track new and old equipment and software. Ensure that all assets are properly tracked and documented for management audit and legal purposes.
- Create content/execute cyber security program for O'Dell
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct security audits, and implement security best practices measures to protect computer systems, networks, and documents.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation based on organizational needs and goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on new technologies or software
- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, system manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Configure and regularly review operating systems, server software, user accounts and access levels.

**_ Who you are:_**
- Post-secondary education in an IT or technology related program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal effectively with Board personnel technical staff.
- Working knowledge in the use and support of Office 365 (i.e., Microsoft Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/Excel).
- 2+ years of hands-on technical working experience in resolving technical issues related to Windows Operating System
- Ability to demonstrate your technical working knowledge on all aspects of end-user computing, to deal with complex technical issues, which range from PC’s, Laptops, Tablets, Networking, Mobile Devices, & Printers.
- Working knowledge in the use and support of Office 365 (i.e., Microsoft Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/Excel).
- Microsoft Azure certification is required
