- Conduct daily meetings with Team Lead and Team Members to assign tasks and workplans
- Oversee shipping, receiving, store distribution, and e-commerce operations, adjusting assigned tasks as needed
- Oversee and manage the staging of product, ensuring space is maximized and adjusting locations as needed
- Ensure order fulfillment timelines match Parian’s Service Level Agreement timelines
- Ensure inbound product and store transfers are received into the inventory system
- Ensure replenishment levels are maintained
- Ensure workstations are supplied with the necessary tools and resources needed to complete tasks
- Provide productivity reports to senior management regularly
- Manage the scheduling of hourly team members, including vacation, and adjust based on business needs
- Manage the scheduling of temporary labour during peak times
- Assign and oversee training activities of new team members
- Oversee team-member records before submitting to HR and payroll
- Provide coaching to direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide regular feedback to direct reports.
- Promote a safety conscious work environment and ensure propre use of PPE is maintained
- Promote an inclusive, diverse, and respectful environment, free from harassment
- Identifying areas for workflow improvement and maximize productivity and performance
- Special Projects

What do you need to succeed?
- Two or more years of leadership experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to address concerns with a sense of urgency
- Resourceful, const-conscious, and able to recommend solutions to challenges
- Ability to lead by example and perform the e-commerce tasks according to Parian’s guidelines
- Availability to comply with Parian’s blackout vacation policy. Blackout times include Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other high-volume shopping times
- Availability to work occasional weekend or evening shifts during high-volume shopping times
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
