Léger Landscapes, a family run - West Island business, is looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented person who will be happy to take the initiative to do what needs to be done to help a growing landscaping company run in the most efficient manner.
- **We need someone who is reliable and can manage various duties and tasks throughout the day.**_
Please note that this is a full time position that will begin in March and end mid to late November - with the intention of having part time employment over the winter months (December to March) and the same employee(s) return the following seasons.
- **What We’re Looking For;**_
- **Excellent English + French communication skills (speaking, reading & writing).**:
- Answer our phone from Monday to Friday
- Input customer information into a CRM
- Schedule salesperson for sales calls + manage schedule
- Troubleshoot customer issues and create solutions
- Participate in various parts of the “Customer Life Cycle”
- Requirements:
- Reliable & Honest
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Deadline and goal-oriented
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Be flexible
- Able to work from home without distractions (you need a dedicated space)
- Own a cellphone, computer and have access to a high speed internet connection.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Office Assistant experience (min 2 years)
- Landscaping background (a plus but not required)
- Proficient on Google Platforms
- Geographical Knowledge of Montreal and surrounding areas
- Multitasker
- Organized
- Must be able to handle a high call volume
- Compensation:
- Paid training + breaks
- Remote
- Compensated for internet + phone usage (amounts to be determined)
- Weekends and holidays off
- Possibility to work as self-employed
