**The Opportunity**:
**The Duties Include**:
Working with the Plant Manager to improve our preventative maintenance program for all of our egg grading equipment and be responsible for maintaining the program.
- Troubleshoot problems on all lines
- and repair when necessary to ensure smooth operation of all machines and equipment.
- Perform daily checkups of all grading station equipment.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday and some evenings and weekend shifts

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work from schematics, drawings and prints when troubleshooting
- Analytical, with problem-identification and problem-solving capabilities
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a related field
- Completion of Instrumentation, Electronics, Manufacturing or Related program, ideal but not necessary
- Good exposure of Food Safety procedures including GMP and HACCP
- Experience with pneumatics, electrical and automated packaging equipment
- Good computer skills
- Good time management and priority setting skills
- Good organizational and communication skills
- High standards of cleanliness and order
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to climb ladder and use general maintenance tools and equipment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work at heights and with adverse conditions
- Ability to enter and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to pass a respirator physical and respirator fit test.
- Ability to lift 20kg of weight
