Budtender

Paramount Cannabis Co. is seeking a Budtender to join our team We are a small business in Shelburne, ON and need someone who wants to be part of a small team and help people make the best decisions for their health and well-being.

**Job Summary**:
The Budtender will be responsible for assisting with the retail sales of marijuana products, including product preparation, packaging, and distribution. The Budtender will also maintain a clean and organized work area, wash glassware, stock shelves, and maintain a clean work space.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Stock product in the retail location
- Clean retail location and inventory product as needed
- Assist with product placement in the retail location, including windows, doors, tables, etc.
- Maintain inventory levels in the retail location as well as the company vehicle.
- Process transactions using tablets and computer software.
- Prepare cannabis products according to brand standards.
- Package products for retail sale according to brand standards.
- Maintain stock levels in inventory area according to brand standards.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by Manager or HR Manager.
- Cleaning of inventory area according to brand standards.

**Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience with marijuana preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of drug laws preferred but not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$19.72 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Cansell (preferred)
