To ensure high standards of Contract Compliance and Training delivery are attained and continually improved.

**Key Duties**:

- Ensure training complies with legal and contractual requirements.
- Ensure that Circet adheres to the latest client industry training and accreditation process.
- Training on site or designated training areas.
- Training delivery to a high standard.
- Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that resources meet client specification for on-Boarding, training, accreditations & mandatory training.
- Manage training & accreditations including reports to Admin team of new starter details, qualifications, licences, endorsements.
- Support the Training Department reporting requirements, including Compliance Reports, Monitor
- Reports, Analytical Reports and Employee / Contractor Training / Competency reporting.
- You will have the responsibility to proactively manage a training matrix to meet client requirements. This will be supported by the administration team.

**General**:

- Carry out such other duties as are consistent with the job-holder’s knowledge and skills and are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or for attainment of the goals of the business.

**Key Challenges**:

- Work with the Training Manager on ways to continually improve training delivery and implement improvement proposals.
- Working on a training plan which is been issued by the Training Manager to meet the targets.
- Understand client requirements and give current status at all levels of Circet management.
- Develop pro-active relationships with all parties and build confidence and ensure that training requirements are being met.

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- A good understanding and some practical experience in managing Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations.
- A good understanding of project governance and control.
- Knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure build programs.
- Proven ability to work effectively without direct supervision is essential.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role and or relevant knowledge of Circet Client Contracts would be a distinct advantage
- Experience of working in a high-pressured dynamic environment.
- Overview understanding on different contracts such as Telecom, Rail and Electric.
- Be able to deliver training to a high standard.
- Level 6 Train the Trainer
- Train the Trainer Internal Accreditations for the various Tier 1 Contract

**APPENDIX 1**
- Full responsibility for all aspects of Health and Safety on your contract
- Understand and implement the company safety policy.
- Appointment of qualified HSEQ representative for their respective contracts
- Appreciate the responsibilities of personnel under their authority and ensure that each employee knows his/her responsibility and are equipped to play their part. Engage with all employees on their contract should they fail to discharge their Health and Safety responsibilities. Ensure that Risk Assessments and Method Statements on activities within their contract are carried out on site and ensure that the methods and systems of work are safe. Also, that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied.
- Ensure the provision of written instructions of work methods outlining potential hazards and precautions, and ensure they are complied with.
- Ensure accident and near-miss reporting procedures are understood and complied with and assist with accident investigations where appropriate.
- Ensure that the agreed audit process is carried out in compliance with Company guidelines. Ensure ongoing monitoring of safety and health performance against predetermined plans and standards.
- Ensure all employees are correctly trained/competent to carry out the prescribed task and that the necessary licenses/certificates of competence are in force and appropriate and supplied for the purpose of recording.
