Private Credit Portfolio Operations Analyst

**Job Summary**:
**Main Job Functions/Responsibilities**:

- Data entry related to cash, portfolio, and credit facility activity
- Preparing day to day portfolio reconciliation
- Processing portfolio asset static data input and maintenance
- Processing scheduled and unscheduled portfolio transactions
- Processing credit facility transactions
- Review external support and reconcile to transactions
- Collaborate internally and externally to identify and resolve reporting breaks
- Participate in special projects, data migrations and other initiatives

**Education, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline
- 2+ years exposure to back office operations
- Knowledge of private credit / private equity vehicles
- Knowledge of bi-lateral and syndicated loan processing
- Analytical and problem solving skills to assist in resolving issues
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Professional, client-service focus
