TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS:
MARCHANDISAGE
- Organiser les produits de la réserve et suivre les processus de gestion des stocks de l’entrepôt arrière
- Utiliser les systèmes PDT et MMS pour effectuer des tâches quotidiennes (p. ex., dénombrements cycliques, étiquettes, affiches, etc.)
- Selon les directives, gérer la stratégie d’écoulement et le retour de produits (cela comprend la coordination hebdomadaire avec le BBM / CM / marchandiseur des produits cosmétiques pour compléter les stratégies d’écoulement des produits cosmétiques et les stocks à récupérer des fournisseurs dans le dépositoire des produits cosmétiques)
- S’assurer que les affiches et les affichettes sont imprimées, puis participer à l’exécution, y compris les circulaires, les réductions de prix et les étiquettes
- Agir à titre d’expert dans les secteurs désignés des stocks de produits, de l’emplacement des produits, des dates d’expiration, des promotions, etc.
- Maintenir les normes du magasin en ce qui concerne l’image et les tendances en magasin
- S’assurer que les présentoirs de produits sont axés sur le consommateur et qu’ils sont « accessibles »
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs locaux d’aliments et de boissons afin de s’assurer que le processus approprié est respecté en ce qui concerne le soutien au marchandisage de la surface de vente afin de favoriser un environnement convivial pour les clients
- Rédiger des rapports quotidiens sur la correction des stocks et les écarts de marchandise sur la surface de vente examinés et effectués avec les intervenants appropriés (réservoir de retenue, anomalie de coût).
- Protéger les actifs avec des réparations d’emballage de marchandise, le cas échéant, et créer des bons-rabais pour la vendre au lieu de les éliminer et passer en revue tous les dommages et informer le GM de toute possibilité de sensibiliser et d’améliorer la perte totale

RÉCEPTION
- Recevoir la marchandise, y compris les livraisons du centre de distribution, les livraisons saisonnières et les livraisons directes en magasin, conformément aux politiques et aux procédures de réception
- Maintenir un entrepôt arrière propre et organisé conformément aux principes de l’organisation de l’entrepôt arrière
- S’assurer que la documentation appropriée est remplie en ce qui concerne la réception et le retour de marchandises
- Aider le gérant de l’avant du magasin / gérant adjoint de l’avant du magasin à maintenir la qualité et les normes associées aux articles périssables conformément aux normes du magasin
- S’il y a un comptoir postal sur place, assurer une coordination régulière avec le gérant de comptoir postal pour s’assurer que le courrier entrant et sortant est traité en temps opportun et de façon sécuritaire

SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE
- Présenter une image propre aux clients conformément à la politique sur les uniformes et au code vestimentaire (p. ex., uniforme approuvé et porte-nom, apparence propre).
- Prendre l’initiative de saluer et d’aider les clients dans les allées
- Répondre aux questions concernant l’emplacement des produits, les bons d’achat différé et PC Optimum

GÉNÉRALITÉS
- Se conformer à toutes les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Respecter toutes les normes du magasin
- Se conformer aux politiques et aux procédures de prévention des pertes et s’assurer qu’elles sont respectées dans tout le magasin
- Effectuer d’autres tâches au besoin, y compris les tâches liées aux caisses

QUALIFICATIONS
- Planification, jugement et prise de décision
- Équilibre entre travail d’équipe et efficacité du marchandisage et de la réception afin de répondre aux attentes du magasin et des clients
- Efficacité, organisation et propreté
- Gérer les situations changeantes sur la surface de vente
- Les responsabilités liées à la caisse (s’il y a lieu) exigent de l’exactitude et de l’efficacité dans le traitement des commandes des clients afin de répondre aux attentes du magasin et des clients
