**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Leads a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.
- Manages all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.
- Provides day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills including proficiency with the MS Office Suite, MS Project.
- Excellent organizational skills including effective time management and prioritizing skills to meet predetermined deadlines.
- Well developed analytical skills including problem solving, data gathering and reporting.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- 1. Maintaining client and internal information system including team rooms, project control books, and other databases and management systems.
- 2. Maintaining Risks and Issues process on behalf of the overall Transition Manager.
- 3. Translating the resource requests for transitions into the appropriate tools and tracking via excel.
- 4. Ensuring all project documentation is maintained and stored in a manner that will support internal and external Audit requirements.
- 5. Attending internal and Client meetings as requested and take minutes and drive follow up on actions.
- 6. Assisting with transition setup which includes the appropriate time tracking.
- 7. Maintaining financial workbooks on behalf of the overall Transition Manager.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Bachelor Degree with 2 years experience working in a project management role.
- Demonstrated ability in business controls within Strategic Outsourced accounts is an asset.
- PMP Certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French

**Required Education**
