**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, and providing customer support.
- Ensure a clean and organized environment, including filing and proofreading documents, helping with the Laundry.

**Experience**
- A degree in Kinesiology or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical or fitness setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Jane app or similar office management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both administrative tasks and client care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
