Top Grade Molds (TGM) designs and produces high quality plastic injection molds for some of the world’s leading industrial and thin wall packaging manufacturers. Located in Mississauga, Ontario, we exports to over 30 countries in the world and provide packaging solutions for many of the top industrial packaging and food packaging multi-national companies in the world.

With over 150 employees and growing, TGM is continually searching for top talent. TGM is currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated and experienced **Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator ** for our Mississauga facility The employee will be performing various job duties including but not limited to following:

- Inventory Agent: Oversee the company’s shipping / logistics and inventory levels accordingly.
- Work with Manufacturing on day-to-day basis; resolve quality and supplier issues.
- Responsible for daily logistic duties, including shipments via courier, company driver, truckload, air and ocean
- Responsible for creating shipping bills of lading, commercial invoices
- Communicate and coordinate shipments, where necessary, with TGM’s customs broker
- Continuously search for alternative, competitive sources / sub-contractors.
- Bring to TGM new and innovative ideas related to Inventory Control, Outsourcing, and Material Flow Management
- Working in a team environment
- Working with established TGM standards and practices
- Completing work that you are responsible for in a timely and productive manner
- Other duties that may arise as the position demands

**Other details**:

- Permanent, full-time position.
- Salary range: Depends on experience
- Working hours: 40 hours of work per week plus overtime availability.
- Benefits: Extended health care, dental, RRSP, long term disability insurance and Profit sharing.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in a Supply-chain related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated, results oriented, and capable of decision-making and problem solving.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Professional manner with strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
