Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Splice, terminate, and test various types of cables including low voltage, telephone, and network cables
- Operate bucket trucks for aerial work on WAN and telecommunication systems
- Perform welding tasks as needed for cable splicing
- Utilize forklifts to transport materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of splicing activities and cable locations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in cable splicing and telecommunications
- Proficiency in operating bucket trucks for aerial work
- Knowledge of WAN systems and network infrastructure
- Ability to weld for cable splicing purposes
- Strong communication skills to effectively telecommunicate with team members

Job Locations: Lower Mainland Area and/or Whistler/Squamish.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- telecommunication: 2 years (preferred)
