We work for all types of commercial & industrial companies as well as apartment & condominium associations. We specialize in Asphalt Sealcoating, Hot Crack filling, Pavement Marking and Restriping, Signage, Stenciling, Disability updates, Asphalt Repairs, Speed Bumps, and Parking bumpers.

We require a skilled individual who can flexibly change between the role of driver and labourer, the labourer position being the most crucial. This position does include some nights and weekends. Pay is based on experience. We will train.

**Sweeper Operator Job Responsibilities**:

- Operating specialized vehicles, including sweepers
- Filling the street sweeper's water tanks and operating rotary brushes and water spray controls.
- Exercising caution when operating in confined spaces and congested streets.
- Clearing debris, and contaminants from streets, curbs, and parking lots,
- Maintaining street sweeper vehicles and equipment by performing standard checks.
- Reporting any incidents or mechanical failures to management.
- Adhering to traffic safety regulations by using appropriate signaling and signage.
- Maintaining accurate sweeper logs.

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- **Safety Boots are a mandatory requirement.**:

- Ability to get to and from the worksite located in Elginburg, Ontario, and arrive on time to meet with the crew (we are not located on or near a city bus route)
- Ability to safely operate various vehicles and equipment.
- Some previous experience in performing sweeping operations is an asset but not necessary
- Previous experience in operating specialized vehicles and equipment.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
