**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and provide information to guests and customers.
- Provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months
**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Foothills, AB T1S 4V7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
