CanCam is seeking assistance in the day to day operations related support.

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to fulfill a unique set of needs.

We provide our customers with accessories & tooling along with CNC lasers, CNC routers. But DO NOT be intimidated, if you know nothing of this field you can learn.

**Quality Control**
The Quality Assurance (QA) ensures that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned within standards, product and service specifications, and customer expectations. This individual is responsible for managing the organization's quality assurance policies and controlling new product development processes.

Provide leadership developing and directing QA and quality improvement initiatives for all company products and services.
Lead the programs to ensure regulatory compliance such as CSA
Monitor QA systems and advise executive team on system performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals.
Collaborate with client-facing QA representatives to ensure full customer satisfaction with the company's products and services.
Promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
Ensure that staff adopt and incorporate quality methods into their work.
Create and maintain QA control documentation.
Identify relevant QA training needs and opportunities.
Set-up, implement, and maintain quality testing processes;
Develop, adopt and implement quality control programs

**Sales/project coordinator**
Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control and change order administration alongside of owner/management
Plan and prepare sales order schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules while communicating delays to clients
Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 16 months

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
