Keller Engineering is a multi-disciplinary engineering and building science firm that provides building and systems assessment and associated repair and renewal consulting services. Since the company’s formation in 1982, Keller Engineering has worked with a diverse range of clients across several markets including condominium, commercial, residential and public buildings.

We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and hard working individual to fill a junior building science specialist role in Edmonton.

Duties to include, but not be limited to performing or assisting in:

- Investigations required to diagnose specific problems related to building envelope and structures and recommend repair options
- Building envelope conditions assessments and detailed report preparation
- Prepare plans drawings and specifications for restoration projects in accordance with established codes and standards
- On-site field reviews of building envelope restoration projects for general conformance
- Design and construction building envelope consulting for new construction projects
- Complete reserve fund studies / building condition surveys and report preparation
- Perform contract administration

**Requirements**:

- Civil engineering degree or diploma with an emphasis in structural engineering
- Attained or working toward professional engineering or technology license
- Ability to manage several tasks and prioritize these are required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Own transportation

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
