Our AWIN Head Office is looking for a Junior IT Technician to join our amazing team

**Job Purpose**

The Information and Technology department plays an essential role on the business team, typically designing and implementing hardware and software solutions to business problems. The Junior IT Network Analyst will hold a professional position in such areas as client/server, systems analysis and network administration.

**Core Accountabilities**
- Perform basic operational matters at the workstation/user level.
- Perform basic configurations of workstations and printers.
- Troubleshoot level one operational incidents.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement the best IT practices.
- Execute simple procedures for network connections - LAN and WIFI accesses.
- Interface with users across the entire group by collecting requirements and provide appropriate feedback, status and progress of assigned tasks.
- After hours & weekends support and travelling to different locations are required.
- Projects and other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10 & 11.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Ability to perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with help desk or customer support is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively with strict deadlines.
- Professional appearance & friendly disposition.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Including written and verbal to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
